Hired to manage the implementation of custom billing solutions for government and large business clients as well as to bring more experience to the team.
Summary of roles and achievements:
- Project Manager, in charge of the implementation and roll-out of projects while establishing new processes within the team of project managers.
- Managed 4 different complex billing projects in parallel.
- Worked on projects that deviate from the standard product roll-out and which necessitate a deeper understanding of the software development lifecycle and the technical aspects of software development.
