I am in charge of the definition and the implementation of the organic ranking strategy for Homelidays.com and Villanao.com.

My main missions are :
- Audit the company websites to ensure the right positioning on all search engines.
- Recommends solutions to any problems that may exist or for potential improvements.
- Defines ranking goals for all search engines, by looking for expressions or keywords to be targeted in order to increase traffic and obtain new customers.
- Works on the popularity of our websites by negotiating or obtaining links from other sites to ours.
- Follow-up of all modifications on our sites in compliance with search engine optimization rules.
- Writes reports, updates all score cards and assures the follow-up and the management of all referencing projects. As such, I work on SEO in French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, English and German.

I have a coordination role in the SEO best practices. I am the key contact for all European and American subsidiaries, as to the SEO levers.

I am in charge of budget control for SEO . I pilot these budgets according to the determined audience goals.

I manage a team of 3 people and participates in recruiting, training, motivating and assessing my team, leading to competency improvement.
