2006 - 2007Max Havelaar is a well-known organization who try to help little producers to sell their products without being exploited. These products are from several brands and all wear the "lable" Max Havelaar.
For 8 months, I was in charge of managing a team of 4 people to sensibilize consumers to fair trade. We made 6 animations were the products labelized were sold twice better as usual.
I also settle up a meeting where people can get information and directions to start a fair trade business.
2006 - 2007Adrenaline is a student organization made for proposing extrem sports (bungee jumping, parachute jumping, rafting...)
I am in charge of writting down what was said during the meetings all along the year;
I have to be sure that everyone is coming for the decision making.
2005 - 2007AIESEC is an international organization in charge of helping students to find positions abroad.
The system is quite simple : one of the local committee is looking for practicals in France (nearby the committee) for the foreign students. Doing so, the French student can go abraod according to the numbers of positions found in France.
I am responsible for the communication team : I have to increase AIESEC notoriety (with our campaign last year, we get twice people interested in joining the team) and to find sponsors and parterns (we have been elected the most dynamical local committee in France).
2007 - 2007AMS is a consultant oraganization which provides market studies to firms.
I was in charge of making a market study so that the new firm could have access to all the information about the sector : the person wanted to create a website with all the special sweets from each regions.
2003 - 2006This luxurious campsite offers several kinds of housing for the summer. There are pitches, bungalows, chalets... and all the services for the customers.
I've spent 3 seasons (more than 2 months each) and have developped special abilities to deal with the usual customers : I fluently speak English, German and Spanish. I am a native French speaker.
I also dealt with clients insatisfaction : 100% were satisfied within 24 hours. 87% said to be "very satisfied" for the welcoming team.
