I'm Currently working in the Internal Audit department in Carrefour. The missions i have been doing are the following:

- Belgium: Operational review of the Pricing methodology. Analysis of the risks and tests on the supplier's referencing.
- Spain: Recruitment process review and training of franchisees. Follow-up of the respect of contractual and legal mutual commitments. Performance review of stores.
- Spain: Audit of the Clients section: analytical Review, Tests of Cut off, calculation of the provision, tests on the revenue to be billed and on the deffered revenue.
- Brazil: Audit of the fixed assets section: analytical Review, Test on aquisitions / Disposals, Test on depreciation, inventories and impairment.

I worked during 18 month inJCDecaux Middle East in Dubai as a Financial controller.
The different mission that I have been doing are the following:

- Implementation of the controlling department for JCDecaux Middle East.
- Elaboration of the 2010 budget for the 4 subsidiaries of JCDecaux UAE, the follow up and the control of it.
- Production of the monthly reporting of all the subsidiaries of JCDecaux UAE.
- Preparation and analysis of the Monthly Dashboard and presentation to each managers.
- Follow up and analysis of Capex and several others key indicators related to the business.
- Assisting external and internal audit team.

My mission during my 6 month internship at JCDecaux S.A. has been:

- Budget control of the communication department and preparation of the 2009 budget.
- Production of monthly comments on the billboard activity results and work on the dashboard.
- Consolidation and presentation of the Capex and others indicators for the Board.
- Follow up of the Cyclocity activity: occupancy rate, repairs & maintenance costs…

My first internship was at Marionnaud Parfumeries Spain in Madrid. My mains missions were:

- Elaboration of a new Marketing Strategy at a short and medium Term.
- Management of the CRM.
