I offer coaching for managers & their teams to implement new business strategies, new organizations, new processes & tools, every kind of project by designing solutions including team coaching, face to face training & e-learning.
Specialized in team coaching & elaborate projects, my successful ability to lead teams in new situations has been recognized by my customers. I provide sensitiveness, profoundness & actual presence for giving a step back vision from situations & working on emergence.
I learnt Palo Alto systemic analysis & coaching to complete my academic training path in communication & sociology. MBTI certified, supervised by coaching & Gestalt experts, I am enhancing my practice through personal development.
Over the past 20 years, I have been working for varies Groups in all Human Resources areas of services & industry businesses: internal communication, international mobility, HR development, training & managing change.
As an internal consultant in managing change, I coached operational teams for more than 150 days for implementing transformation projects.
I have also designed & implemented blended learning in Finance, Management & Human Resources for a Corporate University.
I have been manager for 15 years & I have led remote teams.
2008 - 2009I defined the strategy of the new Excellence Centre & repositioned it at an international level - I developed its internal business & managed a 9 members remote team with complementary pedagogical competences covering metallurgy & industrial processes - Annual budget : 1250 k€
2007 - 2008I designed the Functional Academies structure & provided support to functional top managers in HR, purchasing, finance to identify core competencies for these areas - I also designed curriculum & training programs for these academies, developed blended learning with CrossKnowledge & led the roll out over the world with local ArcelorMittal teams and local providers
2003 - 2006I coached managers to set up optimised organisations - I provided support to make them empower their teams, develop their selfconfidence, autonomy & entrepeneurship.
In 2006 : leading 6 projects in managing change for plants - annual turnover 145 K€ - managing a 5 members team
I designed the Arcelor Atlantique Lorraine program for the promotion to managerial status training (40 trainees per year) & selected the external providers
2000 - 2002I set up the plant's career committees, developed new management & professional training programs (in HR, team management, project management, coaching management - more than 150 trainees) & managed a 4 members team - Annual training budget : 1500 K€ - 17000 hours
