I had a mentor who had explained to me the interests for a Management & Business Administration education, since 1985. This mentor was my uncle, President of a Trade & Retail Company in Madagascar and had tought me the skills how to be a good manager.
Associated to the education I received from my parent and father who was a Diplomat - Ambassador of Republic of Madagascar in Bonn, General Consul or Madagascar in Marseille - I developped own skills in a dynamic social networking lifestyle and the competencies to be a great controller for industrial high tech environment.
I could introduce my characteristic as open minded, great observer, multi-linguitic capability within french-malagasy-english speaker, abilities to understand complex production process, global competencies for management skills as experienced senior controller, abilities to understand crisis analysis to find & build actions to increase activities, dynamic character trait, positive thinking and front-going mind, fast analysis situation maker, no fear facing challenges oriented mind.
As I am engaged in a challenge, I used to drive it facing constraints and issues to build a success. Force of a strong characteristic mind, I used to improve my daily lifestyle since I was a child. Getting the time to think of important decisions, but act for short time to go towards changes.

This position engages me in an international stimulating environment within competitiveness culture. The activity of the company could be described as x-ray detection technology against explosive & narcotic traffic for worldwide borders securization.
As controller, I am able to provide finished goods costs calculation and all project costs collection. As financial programme manager I am in charge of the order intake, the sales and the WIP costs tracking tied to projects as reported datas to HQ board.
SAP CO is my ERP daily information source, and I was involved in its implementation in Smiths Group Plc organization as business process owner for Project Structure and CO user.
I used to provide on different specific requests, financial analysis for some workshops. These activity is one of the more exciting challenge I contribute to the gross margin improvment for the company.
2002 - 2003As I was controller for Alstom Power Conversion France, I worked for the electro-technical Power supply industry. The company develops power conversion equipments for Queen Mary liner motorization, and rails'.
I was in charge of two business units to provide them budgets support and program costs analysis to project managers. We worked on SAP CO to provide figures for activities.
On this point of competency, I was involved on SAP CO integration finalizing the global implementation, as user. I did data transfer and checking processes after go live.
It was a stimulating experience as controller but the opportunity I need to get at Smiths group as the key controller for projects financials report oblige me to leave this position for a better one.
2001 - 2002At PHILIPS Integrated Circuits financial dept, I get in charge of the finished products costs calculation for SAP implementation of the methodology validated.
I support the business units managers for their budget implementation in SAP.
All this experience was based on my SAP CO expertize, and I built my next years careers on this very exciting SAP experience.
In another hand, I built all the costs calculation methodology with the support of engineers and doctors involved in the production process flows. This experience confirmed me as an industrial controller in high tech industry.
2000 - 2001L.V.M.H. recognized my competencies to drive its business unit Le Bon Marché controlling reporting activity for the HQ board. The N°1 parisian distribution business unit for Bernard Arnault luxury worlwide leader group as L.V.M.H. develop a huge turnover in the luxury products retail.
I managed the cash pooling recovery and sales retail reportings per product range, for the controlling head office. This activity needs a well understanding of the retail supply chain process for luxury products.
I left this position to challenge a opportunity to be industrial controller at PHILIPS Integrated Circuits industry company.
