I'm a passionate guide in finding the right approach to help solve conflicts and I am uniquely able to adapt my training and coaching styles to match client needs and requirements.
With more than 15 years training professional negotiators all over Europe with a specific focus on France, Belgium & England, I am able to add value to negotiators in almost all industries and disciplines.
After qualifying as a Public Relations Consultant and Marketing Manager in France, I pursued my entrepreneurial instincts and started my own public relations and event marketing company, amongst other things contributing to the successful launch of the tramway in Strasbourg for 7 years. This was followed with my appointment to head public relations and marketing in France for a German company, Brügmann Frisoplast GmbH for 2 years.
I have a flair for languages; I speak fluent French, German and English. Prior to joining Herrmann International as a member of the certified Herrmann International Consultants, Christine developed European key accounts on behalf of the Scotwork International Group and focused on the domain of negotiation & sales training.
I am considered a specialist in benchmarking sales and negotiation teams and individual negotiators with a view to build out their communicative competencies and public speaking skills using the H.B.D.I. (Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument) profiling tool (member of the certified Herrmann Senior Consultants team)
My style of training has been described as stimulating and attention grabbing with extensive use of practical exercises and personal feedback sessions.

From a humble beginning in 1924 at the YMCA in Santa Ana, California, Toastmasters International has grown to become a world leader in helping people become more competent and comfortable in front of an audience. The nonprofit organization now has nearly 260,000 members in over 12,500 clubs in 113 countries, offering a proven – and enjoyable! – way to practice and hone communication and leadership skills.
Most Toastmasters meetings are comprised of approximately 20 people who meet weekly for an hour or two. Participants practice and learn skills by filling a meeting role, ranging from giving a prepared speech or an impromptu one to serving as timer, evaluator or grammarian.
There is no instructor; instead, each speech and meeting is critiqued by a member in a positive manner, focusing on what was done right and what could be improved.
