With a Commercial and Human Resources background (master 2), I worked during 10 years on international projects to homogeneise and rationalise HR processes with ERP implementation.This work enabled me to play with different internal and external constraints, motivate actors and manage timing! That's why, today after one year of coaching study, I wanted to create one company to associate project management, expertise and my passion for human.
I use coaching posture, project mode and technical expertise to have a global approach. I use the potential inside the organization/team/people to reveal and create the best appropriate solutions/action plan according to a target defined
I think that coaching is a process to optimise potential in regards to a specific situation in the respect of sustainable development
- maximise tools that a person/team/organization can use to reach his/her detailed objective
-study the different possibilities, choices, opportunities, potential and attended result/benefits according to a specific timeframe/schedule/plan
A diagnosis between the organization/team/person and its relationship with the context/environment is a first step for me to reveal perceptions/beliefs, then I bring a global overview and open new doors/choices/opportunities and finally I help organisation/team/person to create their own solutions based on the diagnosis and the external view, to clarify situations/positions/ relationship which can be stressfull or challenging

APRIL 2003/APRIL 2005 : EMEA HRMS Business Analyst, Solectron, Amsterdam
I was in charge of Peoplesoft 7.5, HR projects and reporting for all the sites in Europe (8000 employees in 12 countries). Solectron is an US company with 58000 employees in 50 countries and my position is mainly to advice, coordinate and train the 40 HR people in Europe
2000 - 2003I worked for an international project called ALPS (ALSTOM People System), implementing specific HR software (PeopleSoft version 8) for all HR processes in ALSTOM worldwide (120 000 employees /450 sites in 70 countries)
1999 - 2000I worked for an internal project to implement specific HR software (Peoplesoft version 7.5). I have been involved in the recruitment process for all French E&Y activities.
