The Developer Guidance team sits in the Server & Tools Division and our mission is to create rich and compelling guidance to ensure developer success on all Microsoft platforms during the planning, development and post-release phases of all products. As a member of the Advisory Council, my role is to ensure that the guidance materials are solid, an develop the next guidance materials.

As a project director for one of our biggest customer, I'm managing several projects, including:
- TPM (Third Party maintenance)
- Custom software development
- Consulting
- Training
- EA (Enterprise architecture)

These projects are based on a broad range of Microsoft technologies, including C#/.net/Winforms/WPF, VSO, SQL Server 2008 R2 (Database, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS), Sharepoint 2010, Infopath 2010, Biztalk server 2010, Exchange Server 2010, VSTO, AppFabric, etc…

I’m leading the teams behind these projects. I also manage the technical architecture of our solutions, some of the administrative and financial aspects and the envisionning.

As a consulting engineer for Bewise, a French company specialized in Microsoft development technologies (Gold Partner), I help our Customer mastering Microsoft technologies through consulting, training and custom development.

I have worked on a broad range of Microsoft development technologies, including : C#/VB + .net 2, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, SharePoint 2007/2010, ASP.net, ASP.net MVC, Silverlight, WPF, Surface 1, DirectX, Windows Mobile, Windows Phone, WCF, EF, ...

Delivering Microsoft IT training : Network Infrastructure, Active Directory, Exchange Server 2007, Sharepoint 2007, Citrix XenApp

As a developer, I was in charge of creating a new software for internal use. My tasks included :
- Users interview for defining spécifications
- Creating interface mockups
- Implementing interfaces in XAML,
- Implementng server code

This project was mainly based on Silverlight, WCF and Enterprise Library.

For this short-time mission, I've delivered around 20 trainings for Microsoft OEM Partners in south of France, about Windows 7.

Creating a native iPhone Application for melty.fr, the first website for 16-30 in France (6M v/month).
