I'm working as Quality engineer in SIPLEC (importation company of LECLERC's group).
My main task is to control and make conform product before they entered in the European market. I follow french and european regulation for mecanical, technical electronics product under my responsability.
I've done a long term training program (13 months) in Quality, Security, Environnemt and Sustainable Developpement. During this theoretical training, I was working in a aeronautic compagny for the pratical experience in quality.
The company studied, mastered and developed an elite set of patented Lockwireless Anti-rotational Devices.
I'm in charge of Quality system in order to include the brand new production department and keep the ISO9001/EN9100 certification. I'm following as well customers and supliers.
Realisation of hardline products' conformity in order to import them under European and French regulations and standards.
Development of new products in hardline field (eletronic and mecanical products).
Following conformity stages of products in collaboration with independant laboratories.
2010 - 2011Improved and update of the quality management system for the new production's department in an aeronautic company.
Studied and compared the Quality system and the reality of the production area.
Updated and improved the Quality documents with regulatory issues, norm EN9100 and new departement.
Followed clients requirements and requests.
Followed and continuous improving concerning non-conformity delivery and product, Quality system and improving suggestions.
2007 - 2008Responsible of the operational training, in welding department, for a new project (vehicle C3 Picasso).
Identified, planed and followed trainings for production, maintenance and quality of welding department.
Studied cycle time of tests production.
Put in place visual indicators for quality issues and following of the training.
Followed modifications and installation of new equipments.
2006 - 2007Valeo Production System Support.
Realised the end of the industrialisation for an assembly line in JIT (front end module for a Nissan Qashqai).
Worked about continuous improvements in methods, process, ergonomics, logistic and quality.
Followed the operator's training and worked with suppliers for designing new equipments.
Analysed cycle time and created two sub-assembly work places.
2004 - 2005Material development and tests, department Plastics Engineering.
Discovered the work of an chemist engineer in a big firm.
Worked with equipements to caracterise material.
Designed the technological aspect of a welding work station for a specific ceramic part.
