Deloitte provides services to French and foreign corporates, public institutions, and thousands of middle sized companies. Services include audit, tax, consulting, and financial advisory.

My job : Senior Consultant specializing in internal control.

Tasks included IT and operational cycles audits (sales, purchasing, payroll), data analysis (focused on cash recovery and identification of under-reported rolyalties), and change management consulting.

Audits were perfomed at process and systems levels, with reference to international standards and regulations.
I was in charge of identifying weeknesses, testing the operational effectiveness of controls, identifying the risks and possible mitigation actions.

Deliverables included letters of recommandations and SAS70 reports.
Team management : 1 to 3 people.

Within three years, I have audited over 30 companies across various sectors : Telecommunications and Media, Health Care, Industry, Tourism, Services...


Consulting in change management included :
- change impact analysis in terms of organization, roles and responsibilities, processes, and technologies,
- ongoing communications (project newsletter, Intranet, internal notes) as well as one-shot communications (leaflets, FAQs, communication kits),
- training (identification of populations to train, definition of training needs...)

My mission occured within the frame of purchasing processes re-engineering at a leading pharmaceutical group.
