The experience I have built with Honeywell, major player of process automation, control & optimization brought me along with a wide sight of the industrial fabric. I am used to operate international environments and keep efficient in complex organizational structures.
I developed expertise in numerous areas like team & project management, European regulation and certification, communication and business development. I carried out market and strategic analysis like the preliminary study for introducing wireless instruments in the EMEA region and the business plan for deploying process control on biofuel industrial segments.

I am currently available for consulting and operational deployment missions in the following areas,

CE mark implemented for the different ranges of measurement products, between Sept 91 and the date the directive came into force, 9 months later.
CE conformity policy defined for measuring instruments which design and manufacturing sites were located in Europe, United States, Canada and Australia.
CE mark strategy defined for each product family, in terms of environment, standards in reference and level to be reached.
Decision made for existing products to put them into conformity, replace them by new design or phase them out, depending on socio economical considerations.
Conformity product changes and control audits led.

Certification process defined and deployed for Explosive Atmospheres (ATEX)

Standards & Approval objectives defined according to target markets, emerging technologies and environmental constraints.
Product certifications coordinated worldwide, CE, UL CSA, FM, and equivalent certifications got from Japanese, Russian and Czech organisms.

SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) system implementation.
Proprietary measuring instruments and communication protocol integrated into a display system designed by a UK based contractor.
Resource managed 4 engineers, 2 French based plus 2 in the UK.
Teams’ coordinated, half time working in Birmingham.

Prize obtained in 1987 for this project success : European Technical Achievement Award.
