Based in our Paris office until October 2007, I am now home-based in Berlin Germany, from where I continue holding the same responsibilities.

Managing a portfolio of international customers, I oversee the entire order processing up to the arrival of the merchandise at the client’s desired location. Working with a varied cutomer base, from freelance interior designers to multi-brands, based in the USA, Asia, Scandinavia, german-speaking countries, Ireland, Australia, and Paris, I strive to be reactive and understand my customer’s specific needs to bring them a personalized answer.

This emphasis on customer service helped me achieve a 30% increase in sales in 2007 vs. 2006. (In 2006: 1,3 M €)

In addition to this I take a great pleasure in helping clients with their design decisions, choosing furniture and accessories to match their existing interiors.

* Oversaw the organisation of the semi-annual fashion show and market week for the Men’s and Women’s collections taking place in Milan and Paris
* Managed daily responsibilities: resolve customer inquiries, orders, shipping, and new business development

* Sold Couture and Diffusion collections presented in Paris and New York
* Supervised and co-ordinated shipping and distribution with Paris office and freight forwarder
* Analytical work with budgeting, shipping, sell through
* Monitored the collections in the stores through bi-monthly merchandising visits
* Conduct trunk shows and sales clinics with major accounts
