These past few years I have been focusing on ways to develop the scope of SMEs on an international level. In my current position as Operations Manager at Gel-Pêche, an SME of 17 employees with a turnover of 26 M euros, I have set up production partnerships with India and Indonesia, but also redefined our product range for supermarket distribution to promote traceability/labelled products.
My strong points are combining sourcing and sales strategy in order to optimise logistics, production processes and developing company specific know how or added value, like I did at Gel Pêche with the creation of our label “ Eco-Pêche”.
Perfectly fluent in French, English and Spanish and experienced in international negotiations, I look at the bigger picture before laying out the objectives and discussing the various stages of progress with my sales team.
I am currently working as consultant for an indian company willing to introduce the European market.
I am looking to join a management team that will allow me to be a driver in the development of a dynamic company in the food industry, a sector I know well.

Chandler for commercial and Navy boat, catering companies (Sodexho, Eurest), Total Gabon, Shell Gabon.
Distributing also through 4 of our own supermarkets.

Creation of a « delicatessen » shop with restaurant. Management and development of the company franchise concept.
Management of Ibervia for R & D of the range of products, purchasing, marketing and sales contracts with the main clients (Globus, Manor, Migros, etc.).
