I am in charge of the Network infrastructures deployed on France territory.
2008 - 20091) Disaster Recovery Plan for the Autoroutes du Sud de la France (VINCI group) :
* write the plan test
* validate the scenarios of the unit tests
* validate the recovery procedures
* manage the project team, ensure the quality and the planning.
2) IT strategy and comparative analysis of ERP market, SODIFRAM (Mayotte), Sector: Retail
• Audit : System and network architecture, software cartography
• Advice on specific developments, integrated software and ERP strategies.
• First analysis of the needs and introduction to the ERP market (commercial, production, financial and human resources modules)
2007 - 2008Achievements:
• Prepared the potential evolutions in a changing period (due to a new shareholder and new CEO) and followed the action plan of the CASINO head office.
• Answered to the needs of the new operational strategy.
• Continued to secure the network and system architectures.
• Continued to reduce and to optimize the IT costs.
Management of team of 23 people: Helpdesk, Maintenance, Network and System Infrastructures, AS400 and JAVA Developments, Human Resources and Financial IT project leaders.
Network and System optimisations:
• Consolidated the main servers and optimised the maintenance of 700 workstations
• Ensured an optimal management of the data and supervision of all our systems.
Operational Project Management:
• Roll-out of a new referencing and selling concept from the central purchasing to the shops.
• Roll-out of a full desktop publishing solution
• New shops openings
Financial:
• Preparation and revision of the functional and investment budgets with the Finance Department.
• Collaboration to the purchasing strategy, contracts writing and negotiations with suppliers.
2004 - 2006Achievements:
• Rebuilt the obsolete systems and network infrastructures of the group (Reunion, Mayotte, Madagascar, Maurice, Vietnam and Hong Kong)
• Significantly reduced the I.T. costs and optimised the investments.
• Reorganised and managed a new technical team of 9 people: helpdesk/maintenance/system and network infrastructures
Complete rebuilding of the system and network architectures:
• WAN review (more than 70 interconnected locations)
• Windows Architecture (new domain, 200 workstation and NC migration)
• AS400 Servers (consolidation of 20 AS400 servers on 2 main systems)
• LAN review of our main locations
Enforcement of the maintenance capacities:
• Complete review and improvement of the maintenance contracts and procedures.
• Roll-out of new tracking tool, NAGIONS/OREON supervision, IT and user documentation Intranet.
Management of operational projects:
• Electronic Display
• Migration from an electronic chip to a barcode royalty card
• First analysis of a mobility solution for 2 warehouses.
Financial:
• Preparation of the functional and investment budgets with the Finance Department.
• Significant optimisation of costs and improvement of the global quality of service.
• Writing of contracts and negotiations with all suppliers
2001 - 2004Mission realised through DEVOTEAM Service Company. Member and manager of the worldwide level 3 support team of the BNPP Market Data.
Achievements:
• Ensured the availability and maintenance of the 400 UNIX servers of the BNPP Market Data rooms.
• Validation, roll-out and maintenance of the back office software at more than 30 locations.
• Study and preparation of the TIBCO to RMDS back office migration of 80 servers and 200 workstations.
1998 - 2001Followed 18 months (6 month periods) of apprenticeship during my engineer training in a 5 person research and development team.
Achievements:
• Developed C and UNIX scripts to transform data before sending it to spoolers and high speed production printers.
• Provided Level 2 support and training to the users on our software.
• Followed the 3 years reform project of the printing center of the CETELEM
