I give a "Project Management" course at INSA de Toulouse (Engineering french school) in addition to my industrial work.


SINCE 2008:
I am Project Quality Manager at TECHNOFAN, SAFRAN GROUP.
This post give me the opportunity to ideally operate my Quality and Prject skills.
The project is to develop the wole range of Fans for the Airbus A350XWB program.
The international aspect of this program implies a daily basis practice of English lenguage. Our customers are:
- German (Nord-Micro, Airbus Germany)
- American (Honeywell)


2004-2008:
I was Project Manager at EQUIP'AERO (France) to develop aeronautical products.
This first experience gave me the opportunity to discover a wide range of industrial functions/fields.
Being Team Responsible, I had to manage confilcts and critical situations.
I succeeded in giving entire satisfaction to my customer, and in respecting Cost/Quality/Schedule constraints form my CEO in the same time.

I managed issues about:
- Project implementation,
- activities planning,
- means coordination,
- concurrent engineering,
- reporting to my customer,
- reporting to my CEO,
- pneumatics/hydraulics./mechanics engineering.
