A product development project is made of complex processes I had the chance to practice in several automotive companies and departments (process, design, quality), in various technical contexts (chassis, powertrain, vehicle architecture) and from both OEM and supplier's standpoint.
I chose to enhance this enlarged development projects experience through acquisition of more theoritical knowledge about project management processes. This lead me to PMI-PMP certification in 2008.
I rely on this practical experience and PMI theoritical basis to fulfill project management positions medical gaz distribution systems development projects.
