Programme manager for various projects from engineering consultancy to turn key programs on engines products - £100k to ~£10m contractual value on a very international & multicultural environment (Japanese, Korean and Chinese customers mainly) -
Since 2010, in addition, in charge of the Engine business development in China - regular visits on a monthly basis to the main automotive and On/off-Highway actors through China: technical proposal development, pricing and managing customer’s expectations and deliverables -

Key achievements to date:
- Turn-key engine calibration programme up to homologation and production for 6 vehicle applications for a Korean car manufacturer
- Research programme on LNT exhaust aftertreatment technology for Japanese car legislation, including control strategy specification up to productionisation level, aftertreatment system specifications ,production costs estimation, vehicle integration calibration and validation.
- Engine development program for heavy duty off-highway applications for USA Tier 4 Final legislation for a Korean manufacturer
- Various projects won and followed in the Chinese market
2005 - 2007Team manager for system design engineering on PSA 2L diesel engine range on the areas of:
- Powertrain Calibration activities
- Powertrain control strategy development
- Specifications on the main engine components Fuel injection equipment, combustion, turbo, EGR systems
Responsible for:
- Management of a team up to 30 people and ~8 M € yearly internal budget
- Powertrain integration within PSA vehicle range
- Serial life Quality issue resolution
- Serial life costs reduction
Key achievements:
- Continuous quality improvement &issues resolution through the worldwide PSA aftermarket by robust tracking processes
- Continuous improvement of the engine costs basis kept within same performance and reliability
- Management of Tier 1 suppliers and contracts with consultancy partners
2003 - 2005Calibration team leader on PSA 2L diesel engine
Operational management of a 25 people team (engineers and technicians) to meet various deliverables:
- Engine calibration/vehicle integration on the whole PSA vehicle range for emissions, performance, driveability, noise, OBD topics
- Cost reductions - Technical feasibility assessment
- Serial life quality issue resolution - connections with the aftermarket network
Key achievements:
- Management of a calibration team through production launch of 17 vehicle applications
- Development of a matrix project/specialists team organisation to improve team productivity and team learning in a context of high growth of new recruits.
- Fuel system supplier change to lower costs in a context of multi-supplier purchasing policy for lowering supply chain risks and costs.
