Who am I?

Passion allows me to become Coach: passion for human beings and their incredible potential, understanding that we are pure energy and we have no limits.
Born and grown up in Rome, I moved to France in 2003. Fifteen years ago, I began my trip in the fascinating world of personal development through “Unlimited Power”, Anthony Robbins’s famous book. From this moment, everything changed for me. I understood who I really was and what I wanted, I understood how to contribute to improve my and other people’s life.

In the beginning as autodidact, then with an 18-month-coaching training in France, I have been certified Professional and Personal Coach in 2006 by Coach Up Institute in Paris.
I have afterwords choosen to get a specialisation in corporate, cross cultural and life coaching. I also intervene in coaching for expats for professional reasons and in coaching of employees, managers and top executives who are looking for a job. I can propose my services in English, French and Italian.

I am an International Coach Federation Member, the international American federation which gathers all the certified coaches of the globe who adhere to a strict code of conduct which requires constant evaluation of professional experience and continuous supervision.
In constant learning, I am also studying in order to get a psychology degree at Paris VIII University.
What makes me different from the other Italian coaches is my knowledge of the other European cultures and especially the French one. That makes me the ideal candidate for italian firms which have business projects in France or French-speaking countries and French-speaking companies which lead business projects in Italy.


What is coaching?

Coaching is a psychological technique invented in the United States, however presently worldwide, which allows companies and sport organisations and individuals to reach the goals that they do not succeed in achieving themselves.

Who is the coach?

The coach is a professional who knows the human mind and who through an empathetic listening, a set of questions, a feed-back system succeed in helping the customer to have full access to his/her potential and obtain what is the most important.

Why does coaching work?

Because it is the customer and not the coach who decide the actions to be carried out between a coaching session and the following one. Since the client’s commitment is double: towards him/herself and towards the coach who is present session after session to check and encourage the progresses achieved.

For whom?

For everyone who has professional and/or personal goals, therefore for everybody.

The essential condition

The coach is not a magician and cannot do anything without customers’ motivation. On the contrary, the coach can do everything for them if they are able to see the things the way they are, neither better, nor worse and who are ready for doing the necessary to transform their projects into reality.
