Technical product responsible of the 8688 MRF product.

8688 MRF: multimedia equipment for new generation communication networks IMS and NGN, offering to the network the audio and video resources mandatory to build interactive services with added value.

Missions :
- Project & team management
- With the product manager, defining the product roadmap and strategy
- Architecture
- Tendering technical support and customer technical interface
- Suppliers management and third party relationships
- Integration within the IMS and NGN network architectures
- Multi-cultural environment: working with worldwide Alcatel community

Key events:
- Put in place an innovative technical orientations on the product:, allowing to reduce product costs by 93 % in 2 years.
- Growing of the team (1 to 11), on several sites and several countries, and put in place the appropriate organization
- Make the product being adopted as the reference MRF product within all Alcatel-Lucent IMS and NGN solutions,facing a strong internal and external competition

In the "Media Servers" department, developing the "OSP-ME" telephone platform, allowing to build many voice products (SRP, MRF, Vxml Browser, ...)
