Throughout my professional life, I developped three main experiences :

• Building of services offers in relation with the commercial and sales team (shared services center, fixed sum activities, …)
• SILCA (IT Production for Credit Agricole Group) - Integration of two affiliates (SOFINCO and FINAREF) into deliveries offered by SILCA (scope : desktop services, desktop engineering …)
• Société Générale - Due to an important reengineering of IT infrastructures activities, support for the implementation of Service Center process
• Société Générale : Process definition for project management in term of budget authorization and monthly budget report
• Société Générale : Due to the creation of shared services, development and deployment of an outsourcing contract regarding service desk and proximity activities in an European scope in banking sector
2006 - 2007• First analysis for an IT outsourcing opportunity study with the CIO of an international company in food processing activity sector
• First analysis for centralisation of IT activities with the CIO of an international company in automotive activity sector
• First analysis for IT support organisation with the CIO of an international company in transportation and logistics activity sector
• Coaching of unemployed people and recruitment activities for a non-profit-making organization
2004 - 2006• Steelcase International, responsible of outsourcing contract covering all IT activities (HelpDesk, Infrastructure Management, Application Management, Asset management, Distributed Services, …) on EMEA
- Transition and organization of the day to day services
- Management of technical teams (60 people), installed on several sites (Strasbourg, Paris area, Madrid),
- Management of the budget (5M€ per year + projects)
- Assistance to Steelcase on standardisation of IT architecture and process
• TOTAL, responsible for outsourcing contract, in European SAP production and other tools around SAP (CRM, EAI, E-procurement, …)

1. IS department Management
Responsible for the management of the information system in a distributed organization (25 sites located in France/Belgium/Spain/Germany, 40 servers, 700 PC) and in a global outsourcing context (EDS, SAP Competence Center and Cap Gémini)
• Guarantied the availability, coherence, integrity and evolution of the information system (organization, processes, technical architecture, specific software, SAP)
• Managed the outsourcing contract and follow up the IT services
• Created, led and coordinated a business working group to define the information system evolutions
2. Studies and projects
• Performed the evolution plan for the I.S (Risk analysis due to the old technologies, Gap analysis between current organization and organization defined by SAP, Project organisation in quality management SAP/QM, sales management and logistic integration SAP/SD and SAP/BW, human resources management ZADIG)
• Participated in the definition and roll-out of the new IT organization for France-Belgium : 4 big companies, 3 businesses, 2 countries (preparation of the main projects : WAN, outsourcing contract, hardware and software assets management, integration system)
• Performed IT costs reduction (-40% on the outsourcing contract for the 5 next years)
• Defined the communication tools (E-mail, Intranet)
• Performed the compatibility of the Information System for Euro

• Led users club (experience exchange, identification of new needs, definition of user specifications, ...)
• Final choice of solutions and order the subcontractor to realize the solution, follow up the realization and control of the quality, cost and planning
