In the heart of the "Pays d'Auge", in Normandy (France), with our staff in a domain of 28 hectares among centennial trees and a castle from the 16th century, we :
- manage and grow 42 hectares of our own orchards
- use these fruits (with some bought to neighbours)in order to transform them into Calvados (distillery, ageing and blending) from the highest quality as possible.
- we then sell this production to France and 52 foreign countries through exclusive and selected traditionnal networks
- and welcome on our site thousands of visitors in order to let them discover our company, its methods and products, and the norman gastronomy.

Recently, we began to become an importer of premium spirits, as the new super-premium vodka Xellent ( www.xellent.com or www.xellent-france.fr ), the Karibso liqueurs, the absinthe Kübler, etc.. as a complementary range and in full synergy with our customers's portfolio.

In 2007, our company has been the first Calvados distillery to obtain the ISO 9001 certificate.

With the years, my knowledges have been concentrated on : wines and spirits, Horeca sector, food stuffs, business tourism, export, network building, etc... I also am the President of the I.D.A.C, association of all the cider-based products in Controlled Appelations.

Fulfilment of marketing actions (seasonal or not), new product launching (GAULOISES BLONDES)where our region becomes the n°1 region in share of market. Promotion actions (Formula 1 sponsoring, sailing, night-clubs, etc...).
* Product Manager (GITANES and GITANES BLONDES) (1985-1987). Brand strategy, launching plan of Gitanes Blondes, marketing plan and communication plan, etc... the classical job of a product manager.
