Didier Lebon’s practice encompasses a broad range of commercial work in domestic and cross-border litigation and arbitration. He is highly experienced in disputes arising in, but not limited to, agency contracts, distribution and franchising agreements, sudden termination of a business relationship, and “business divorce”. He has also specific expertise in disputes involving private international law issues. His legal expertise also includes serving as an expert before foreign courts.
Didier Lebon was educated in France and in England (Lille 2 University, France (1983) DEA (Postgraduate diploma) in Private Law, Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne, France (1986), DEA in Private international Law and International business Law).
Didier Lebon has written academic works in private international law and is currently a lecturer at the EDHEC Business School (Lille, France), at the MDI Alger Business School (Algiers, Algeria), at the Lille 2 University School of Law (France) and at the Lille 3 University (France).
