Currently Program Manager within IBM France for the outsourcing division, I have managed multiple complex projects in various companies.
Objective of my current project is optimization and reorganization of IT services for all French customers in distributed domains and Mainframes.
In charge of project managers and technicians, I manage objectives, schedule, budgets and program quality.
Ability to synthesize, global vision and very good communication are key skills I demonstrate to enable fast integration of various teams, synergies and commitment to the program objectives.
Proactive, innovative & creative, I'm able to manage different and complex projects successfully while ensuring Standards and Compliance are applied.
Global Strategic Program. 44 French customers to be transformed in 2011, Mainframe and Distributed technologies in scope, more than 100 peoples involved in technology deployment, organization setup and Governance ramp up.

- International management: one project team located in France (5 Project managers & 2 Architects), one delivery team (4 countries and 9 delivery centers)
2009 - 2010- Objective: Offshore transition and transformation of French major accounts, leaders on their markets.
- International management: 7 Project managers over 3 countries (France, Czech Republic, Poland)
During this 2 year program, I had the opportunity to manage various aspects of offshoring like:
Analysis of the activities to be transformed, define “to be” delivery model, agree with offshore organization on costs, management system, reports, processes, metrics to be met and deliverables. Resources selection in collaboration with offshore HR team, education, up skilling, delivery organization setup, shadow mode, parallel production, cutover to production when productivity ratios and quality metrics are in line with initial targets.
Organize workshops, management meetings to develop ownership and autonomy. Organize backfilling to mitigate resources turnover.
- Workload: 40 FTE over 2 years, 2 M€ budget.
2006 - 2008- Objective: infrastructure build and deployment to support services delivery.
- Workload: 20FTE, 3.5M€ budget.
2002 - 2005- Objective: manage customer project portfolio, request for services, and business continuity plan.
EMEA Backup Deployment Project: During the joint verification phase of the project, we inventory some servers (roughly 200) that were not backuped. One of our SLA commitments was to have 98% of successful backups. I have manage the project to setup backup on all servers (in 12 countries), configured and centrally managed them from France.
Datacenter Disaster Recovery Plan: The major risk identified was to lose one of the two EMEA datacenters that supports all plants and offices. I have built and managed the DR team, crisis communication plan, technical recovery plan, risk management plan, third parties management.
Technology Refresh and Consolidation Project: This project involves teams from various technical domains i.e.: UNIX, Windows, and Novell. I have managed the teams, procurement, customer communications, costs, scope, schedule, and reporting.
EMEA LANDesk Deployment Project: The objective was to deploy LANDesk in EMEA. The scope was to have this product deployed over 12000 workstations.
Bilbao Proposal Project: 2 years after the outsourcing decision, Honeywell asked IBM to develop a proposal in order to support 300 additional servers. As part of the proposal team I was the PM in charge of the plan. This team built the proposal, including IT transformation plan, transition plan, scope, costs and HR needs, pricing, amendment to the initial contract.
RFP management project: Due to the huge amount of RFP submitted by the client, I was in charge to evaluate the RFPs in term of scope, costs and schedule, develop the RFPs and submit them for approval by the customer before execute them.
AS400 Consolidation Project: In order to reduce support costs, Honeywell have decided to consolidate all EMEA AS400 onto one machine. I have developed a consolidation plan including, server procurement, simulations, schedule and staff release (in accordance with local laws and work councils).
RCA management project: In order to meet IBM quality objectives, I was managing Root Cause Analysis for Honeywell Project Office, including corrective action plans.
Desktop support cutover project: As customer decided to contract this activity with DELL, I have participated to the cutover of this activity, documenting contractual responsibilities of each party, manage schedule and doing follow-up.

I have managed the replacement of the backup infrastructure of Sophia- Antipolis datacenter.
