Position Description and Responsibilities:
DIGITAL MEDIAS
Manage interactive projects, including: websites, e-learnings, flash emails, mobile applications, interactive quizzes, touchscreens, rich media, etc
VIDEO
o Manage video – films projects, from brief intake through editing and post production
EVENTS
o Manage multimedia material for international events and internal meetings (PowerPoint presentation, interactive voting system, flash animations, video, other supporting material, etc.)
o Collaborate with creative and technical team as well as internal stake holders (Meeting and Congresses Management, Global Procurement, …) and external 3rd party vendors for all A/V aspects of the project
o Partner with Multimedia Design Specialist to identify and secure technical audio-visual requirements and provide recommendations on budget and vendors selection for the event (includes reviewing vendor quotes)
o Eventually provide on-site support and supervision during the event
• Manage and develop solid relationship with high level international internal clients (marketing, medical, Corporate, Senior management, …)
• Provide strategic counsel, identify new business needs / opportunities and assist in business development at a regional level
• Educate clients on cost savings and leveraging opportunities aligned with their marketing efforts. Use marketing and branding experience to create value-added benefits for internal clients.
• Interpret creative briefs, collaborate on creative development with design and production teams in order to lead communication strategies and implement marketing efforts
• Sets and manages expectations with clients and departmental teams
• Manages day-to-day client interaction and all operational aspects of a project and scope (workload, priorities and project planning). Performs work on multiple projects simultaneously prioritizing projects to meet deadlines.
• Develop budget estimates and rigorously manage project finances
• Negotiate timelines and ensure that all deadlines are maintained
• Ensure that Pharmaceutical Regulatory, Legal and Compliance internal guidelines and internal policies and procedures are followed to the letter on assigned businesses
• Leverages knowledge and understanding of events, videos and digital medias specificities and challenges to facilitate effective communication between client and departmental teams
