In April 2009 I was appointed Managing Director of Business Solutions, where I lead a team of 240 people, responsible for Marketing, Sales and production of all MICE events taking place in the Disneyland resort’s hotels, theme parks, and recreation areas.
During 9 years with Disney, I have held a variety of positions, most recently serving as Director of Marketing. In this role I guided the development of strategic events, including the 15th Anniversary Celebration and newly launched Mickey's Magical Party.

My education background includes a Masters in Marketing Studies and Strategy from the Paris Institute of Political Studies and an MBA from IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Lead the team responsible for all sales, business development, marketing and services efforts related to meetings, conventions, incentive programs and Event taking place in the resort’s hotels, theme parks, and recreation areas at the Disneyland Paris Resort. In this role, I lead a team of 240 industry professionals dedicated to the sales and the production of an array of events for European associations and corporations as well as for the Walt Disney Company. Every year Disneyland Business Solutions produces around 1000 tailor-made events in the Resort.

• Define strategic programs in order to grow Disneyland 5 year plan revenue and attendance
Provide marketing strategy, perform market research and propose compelling entertainment and attraction content in order to reduce barriers to visitation and create urgency to visit
• Define the concept, the storyline and the set of activities for Villages Nature, a future Disney Resort scheduled for 2012 where man will live in harmony with Nature. A project developed in a Join Venture with Center Parcs
Lead Alliances marketing activities with Official Participants and drive European Synergy projects with the Walt Disney Company lines of business
• Reorganize and manage a team of 10 persons

2003 - 2005 Senior Manager, Marketing and Communication Services
Managed transversal marketing projects while leading a multinational team of up to 30 people to ensure message's congruence and performance towards European consumers
• Developed $38m annual communication strategies in 7 European countries generating high brand awareness and visitor growth
• Initiated and directed a $42m brand positioning project during Euro Disney debt’s renegotiation increasing sales and motivating employees
• Formulated innovative communication campaigns including copy development and media planning, improving key performance indicators
• Established strategic planning tools to track marketing effectiveness of European campaigns towards specific target groups

1999 - 2003 Manager, Advertising and Media
• Developed the advertising campaign that contributed to the effective launch of the second Disney park in Paris, generating top of mind awareness and creating high visitor interest
• Coordinated the European advertising, supervising a team of 3, achieving market growth in France, UK and Spain
• Drove international and local agencies for the development and implementation of advertising and media strategies; increased cost- and communication-efficiency by agencies compete for business
