I had different positions in Marketing these last years. I worked as :
- Marketing Project Manager with SOPEXA Ireland (9 months),
- Relational Marketing Assistant with UNILVER (6 months),
- Brand Manager Assistant with NESTLE (7 months),
- Customer Manager Assistant (4 months) and Brand Manager Assistant (4 months) with GENERAL MILLS.
2008 - 2008I was integrated in the Marketing department of Herta, which was in charge of several food brands. I had to manage a range of products and follow the Internet communication of a group of brands.
- Analyze the brand indicators (Nielsen panels, Secodip and internal sales)
- Setting up consumers’ studies, analyze and synthesize
- Be in charge of and follow-up several promotions in store : vouchers, leaflets…
- Write selling points for the sales force to introduce new products to distributors
- Follow-up development of products’ innovations and renovations (recipes, packaging…)
- Co-ordinate different types of projects on the brand’s website : improvement of the global design, management of games, newsletters…
2007 - 2007I was part of the communication team in the CRM department, which develops a transversal program for brands loyalty called “Pour tout vous dire”:
- Manage the operations of Summer and Autumn mailings :
=> Follow-up the different steps of the consumer magazine: integrate strategies of the brands, handle iconographic productions, check the Creas, co-ordinate articles…
=> Interface between the food brands of the group (Lipton, Knorr, Carte d’Or…) and the creation agency of the consumer magazine
=> Development of different communication tools: leaflets, vouchers…
- Co-ordination of projects on the website: interactive e-magazine, games, emailing…
- Benchmark of competitive relational programs: Danone, Nestlé, Henkel, Procter & Gamble…
2006 - 2007SOPEXA Ireland is specialised in creating and implementing marketing and communication campaigns for French food and drink companies present on the Irish market.
- Co-ordination of PR events, introduction and promotion of French wine and food to members of the trade and related press.
- Operational marketing: organisation of apple, cheese and wine in-store promotions as well as trade and consumer competitions in groups such as Tesco, SuperValu, Dunnes Stores and Superquinn:
=> Logistic, tools preparation to help the sale force (brief, technical file and sales points), results analysis and statement.
- Market research and analysis of press coverage to keep up to date with the developments of the food and drink industry in Ireland.
- Marketing analysis about the food trends of Irish people, communication in store and the presence of French products in the linear.
=> 30 stores visited.
2005 - 2005Spade Consulting delivers studies and advices for companies’ development.
I was responsible for the management of clients’ files (French Post office):
- Assimilate, analyse and present the results of questionnaires on training days (quantitative & qualitative data).
- Carry out a market survey on a new product.
2003 - 2003I was part of a team to organise “Open Days” for 75 companies:
- Compile questionnaires for a survey.
- Implement a central reservation unit and recorded 3500 visits.
- Analysis of the event (90% of visitors + 75% of companies were really satisfied) and recommendations.
