I was in charge of the administrative tasks concerning the 300 incoming and the 300 outgoing students for next year. I had to complete the last year students' files with their marks and administrative documents to make sure that their year of study will be validated. Concerning the new students, I had to make sure that everything was ok for their arrival or departure (insurance, fees, passport, grants, teachers' learning agreements...) I organized a welcoming week in September for the incoming students.
