2003 - 2006From a business user's viewpoint, I managed CRM projects activities across the EMEA region. The core project I worked on was the definition (and rollout) of a cross-product/cross-distribution channel Sales Reporting tool, which implied the alignment of Sales reporting processes across EMEA affiliated companies.
2000 - 2003I managed web related projects (B2B/B2C/B2E) - across the EMEA region - that are complex due to Canon multi locations, multilingualism and broad service & product offering.
I worked with distant business project teams, and a local IT team. Business owners I was reporting to were the Directors of each business division (Consumer and Office products.).
The core project I worked on was the definition and rollout of a multi-lingual, cross-product database that would feed web applications (product stores and catalogs).
1998 - 2000I coordinated marketing activities in EMEA, monitoring and supporting the implementation of the centrally-developed marketing strategies for Canon B-2-B print solutions.
This activity mainly consisted in product launches projects, product training programs, market research, development of web activities, advertising programs (TV, printed ads, etc.), and product literature.
