- Organisation and participation in regular road shows with top executives (Europe & North America).
- Participation in preparation of financial results analysis and communication messages for institutional shareholders. Preparation of all presentation material : charts & press releases.
- Daily reports to senior management on financial markets.

- Responsible for market analysis and medium & long term business plans.
- Set up a unit to gather intelligence on competitor’s products & performance.

- In charge of HR management for two business units (300 employees).
- Coaching of managers in charge of implementing redundancy plans.

- Management of technical team on large export defence contract.
