Country Managing DirectorMission:
• Management: decline corporate strategy on local market, manage executive relationships, recruit, motivate, develop my team skills, fix goals.
• Marketing: analyze the market-product mix to set up marketing programs, build and run go to market, develop lead generation campaigns, create and run external events, develop internal programs, manage the “marketing to sales” process.
