Eric Gévaudan

I am presently a consultant employed by the company G-Fit in Paris (75) FRANCE with a mission in the Human Resources Department at the headings of the bank named Crédit Agricole S.A.. I am working in a project management team for validation of the functionalities of a new information system used for the hiring process. My mission is also to animate trainings for the users and write specifications about new functionalities.
I am also in charge of other existing applications. I have to animate the help desk support and to help users to specify new functionalities.
This mission is full of teachings because I learn to deal with a lot of pressure and to be well organized.

I did a VIE (Volontariat International en Entreprise), which is an exchange program, in the Information Technology Department at the Bank CIC New York.
I began my experience by gaining knowledge of the Branch IT Systems and the understanding of the different business processes that need to be covered by the systems. My involvement included the followings: Planning the activity of the IT Department, Analysis/Programming (VB), Testing/Documentation, Help Desk Support, New product research, Database Platforms, Middleware technologies (Meridian). The applications were: Treasury, Banking, Payment, and so on...
During this period, I had the opportunity to practice my English and to discover new way of management.

I was a consultant employed by the company G-Fit in Paris (75) FRANCE with a mission in an insurance company called AGF. I was part of a project management team and participated by leading small projects, writing specifications and being in charge of the Help Desk.
This mission increased my knowledge in the different steps of project management.

I worked at the Holding Pernod Ricard in Paris (75) FRANCE. I was part of the Prisma Team and worked on the change of closing date with the validation process of the volume’s historical data. I was in charge to retrieve data from the subsidiaries all over the world. I also participated to implement the new web forms and reports for the IAS.
I had during this internship the opportunity to increase my level in English and to work in new fields of activities.

I was an assistant in a Marketing Service at the headquarters of the Société Générale bank in Aix-en-Provence (13) FRANCE. I participated in the marketing operations in order to improve the public image of the company and to help in the development of new agencies. I also conducted implementation studies to create new agencies.
This internship improved my capacities to deal with responsibilities and big budgets.

I was a software programmer in an engineering company specialized in law, MDBA, in Aix-en-Provence (13) FRANCE. I participated in the implementation and optimization of programs using Visual Basic.
I gained experience in programming and project leading.

I worked at the CETE (Center of Technical Studies of the Equipment) in Aix-en-Provence (13) FRANCE. This project required to research relevant data and to build a database under Access with an interface in Visual Basic for various flood early warning services in France.
