Eric is a Senior Consultant, who works with companies to fully comprehend end-users needs and abilities.
As a User & Customer Experience Strategist, he helps create global experiences that enhance the services and products they provide.
Since 2008, Eric has contributed to a number of projects for clients including Axa, Orange, Paypal, Vodafone, Natixis, etc.
Before joining Axance, Eric worked as a New Media Strategy Consultant in Paris, and has had 15 years experience working for companies and organizations with high-level strategic goals and brand positioning. Some of these companies include: Microsoft, Orange, United Nations, Carrefour, Redcats, Alcatel, etc.
In addition to his work, Eric regularly lectures on Internet strategy. He leads master classes on e-commerce and e-communication for the Ecole des Mines. He's also member of the University Research Council in the Department of Sociology at the University of Nantes.
