I've just started to think about my future path.
job: through the first 2 years in my current position, I really experienced management. Hiring 1 new sales engineer, dealing with higher experience contributors, moving our sales office...and most importantly we've successfully beaten our objectives last 2 years, at higher level than our key markets did since the 2010 up-turn.
personal: run longer and longer. Most 2 significant were 70 and 80km trail races.
family: enjoy the baby, already older than 12months
