In charge of QAQC Supervision for Piping & Structural works on DB17/Angola for FPSO Dalia, Girassol & Pazflor.

*Planning assessment & update on a daily basis.

* Task coordinator between onshore management and teams of NDT inspectors, HSE & PFP / Coating teams.

*POB management in accordance with Offshore HSE rules and regulation

Responsible for piping inspection, testing and commissioning, punch listing and reinstatement. Compiling of QA/QC documentations & preparing QA/QC documentation prior to handover system to client. Ensure that piping is being installed as per approved P&ID’s and specifications. Independently generating various ITPs for equipment and structural works / Piping Hydro test Packs and getting it approved from Client. Field inspection of all structural and all equipments installation works. Keeping record of all quality documents relevant to mechanical and piping works like alignment record, piping test pack record.

-Permit To Work Management on FPSO Girassol (Block 17 - Total E/P, Angola).
-QHSE Reviewing of PTW while preparation of a Coating / painting campaign
-QA/QC co-ordination of piping inspection between Girassol SIMOPS, Production Team, QA/QC Leaders Total and the various sub-contractors (Ponticelli, Prezioso, Friedlander).

I joined the ACERGY offshore team in september 2007 for a set of revampings and hook ups for MPN (Exxon Mobil Nigeria).

Welder Foreman, QC Inspector & QC Officer on different projects all over
western Europe (The Netherland, Danmark, Germany, Belgium, Luxemburg etc)

I started with Ponticelli (D.T.I division) as a pipe welder and left the company as a QA/QC inspector. During this period I have been as well a Welder foreman and QC assistant...Anyway, I always wanted to see the QA/QC part of the job and managed it !
With Ponticelli, I travelled constantly all across Europe; mainly in the north (Germany, The Netherland, Belgium ...)

I joined the Gendarmerie for my national service. after a training in Auxerre (C.I.G.A) I got an affectation in a Brigade Territoriale (BT), then in a P.S.I.G (48).
I have spent there some very exiting moments. To serve in the GN has been for me a great experience.

Many ponctual missions as a security officer for events and political personalities.

I am currently integrated to the QC team of EPR / OL3 Project (Finland), as a QC Welding Inspector.

Our tasks:

-Follow the sub-contractors (warehouse and field) & be sure that they respect the Quality Plan, norms, National Regulation and Areva specifications.
-Check and record all piping & supports in prefabrication and site construction.
-Plan and organize the visual inspection with the client (TVO) and the Finnish Nuclear Safety Authorities (STUK).
-Reporting to OL3 and back offices management
-Planning management
-Expediting
-Hydro-tests, Leak Tests co-ordination
-Pre-commissionning and commissionning of various equipments (rotating or not).
