For more than 7 years now, my experience as an in-house legal counsel has consisted in:
- Direct advice and support to external clients, managing directors, executives, tax and finance managers, engineers, sourcing and customers departments pertaining to business law at large

- Areas of expertise and interest: French business law, European law, International business law, esp. re contracts law, commercial and corporate law, construction law with due consideration to tax, accountancy, labour law, anglo-saxon laws

- Good communication skills, diplomacy, team spirit and care for the business and financial concerns

- Management of contractual relations, litigations and ADR - with particular interest in business negotiation

- Analysis, negotiation and drafting of a large extent of legal instruments

- Management of the corporate life and special operations inside a group of companies

I am currently looking for a new position requiring these skills in an international environment, in France or abroad.
