I am an experienced Consultant specialized in the Financial sector. I have spent 8 years at Eurogroup Consulting in the Banking and Finance practice, and 3 years at Crédit Agricole CIB Gulf (formerly known as Indosuez).

At Eurogroup, one of the leading French consulting firms, I managed projects for the Senior Management and Boards of the Top 5 French Banks. Our goal was to improve organization performance, productivity, efficiency and regulatory compliance in response to our clients’ strategic decisions, mergers or outsourcing. I also successfully delivered large projects such as a new profit center (e-banking), an interbank retail platform and centralized back-office functions.

In my role as Organization and Project Manager for Crédit Agricole CIB Gulf, I was effectively acting as an internal consultant to re-engineer back and middle office processes. I contributed to the triple objective of: operational risk mitigation, productivity improvement, and compliance with internal and regulatory rules. Additional responsibilities on local projects included assisting the COO in the day to day Operations and reviewing all outsourcing contracts.

2007 - 2010

- Reengineered processes and implemented solutions to mitigate operational risks and to improve efficiency in Corporate banking and Capital Market back-office activities. Monitored operational issues for the COO.
- Coordinated the main projects of the Bank from initial feasibility studies and follow up of IT developments if any, to implementation, training and change management: back to front-office tools to prevent or to eliminate operational risks, set up of a reliable process for the corporate activity refinancing, new e-banking products.
- Designed and implemented the regional Middle Office as part of the risk mitigation plan and to improve the customer service quality.
- Reviewed Service Level Agreements with IT and back-office subcontractors and for subcontracted services.
