Retail Trade Marketing Specialist, ACER
I am a graduate from the Paris Dauphine University and have a Master degree in International Project Management and NICT.
I recently joined Acer Computer France as a Retail Trade-Marketing Specialist.
Before this I spent a semester in China where I really improved my Chinese level. I also spent my Bachelor year studying at the Complutense University of Madrid.
My previous profesional experience allowed me to develop strong Marketing skills to work in a retail environment, such as project management, leadership, communication, analysis and creativity. I was also able to strengthen a great sense of cross-collaboration and team work, and I found myself a real willingness to help in corporate projects.
Having always grown-up in a cross-cultural environment, I learned how to adapt myself to unknown situations, that is why I know how to stay positive when I face change, to manage stress and to workon several projects at the same time in a constructive way. My main qualities are commitment, the willingness to help, reactivity, flexibility and rigor in the analyses I conduct.
I like being given responsibilities and challenge does not scare me. I am a proactive person and do not believe in fate,but in one’s ability to make things happen. However my main motivation is to help people, in private life or corporate projects,because I think there is nothing more rewarding than hearing someone telling you: “I was able to this thanks to you”.
Operational Marketing:
- Participation in the establishment of marketing launch plans for the new « Peripheral devices » products. Work in cross-collaboration with the product marketing teams
- Definition and development of promotional campaigns in retail. Achievement and following-up of the in-store execution plans
- Identification of the different marketing tools to develop on the points of sale: POS, in-store sales events, sales arguments, etc.
- Writing briefs and following-up the execution with the communication and creation agencies
Events :
- Complete management of the trade shows events tour of Microsoft retailers (Fnac, Boulanger, Carrefour, Auchan, Leclerc, etc.). Training of the sales teams on Microsoft Hardware products:
o Realization and following-up of the Microsoft stand creation with the advertising agency
o Logistic management : building the backward schedule of the tour, organization of the deliveries, leading the preparation of the stand on each trade show
- Organization of internal Microsoft events to promote Microsoft Hardware products (Contests, events, etc.)
Training :
- Development of training assets and sales arguments
- Training of the sales force during monthly committees on the up-coming promotional campaigns
- Setting up of the in-store sales events and training of the animators
Analyses :
- Following-up and monthly reporting of key indicators (Numerical distribution, Share of voice, Share of shelves) allowing to establish specific in-store strategies by retailer. Cross-collaboration work with the key account managers
- Drafting of the « Customer assortment recommendation » by class of trade (MASS M, CES)
2008 - 2009- Conception and execution of 3 new services
- Creation of marketing supports and sales tools: product sheets, sales argument, brochures, POS leaflets)
- Training and leading of the sales’ teams : organization of monthly marketing committees
- Management and analysis of market research : reporting, benchmark and performance results
