Eylem joined Nigel Wright to continue the firm's growth within the international markets. Having successfully delivered in a number of jurisdictions including the UK, Europe, Middle East and Latin America, Eylem will focus on a range of disciplines with a particular focus on the emerging markets.
Prior to joining Nigel Wright, Eylem began her recruitment career with a global firm where she gained extensive experience in the finance and treasury arena. Thereafter, she joined a market leading boutique firm specialising in tax recruitment and has delivered on a number of high profile senior searches within the FTSE and the Fortune 500.
With a background in Psychology, Eylem has worked as an interpreter and translator for the Metropolitan Police and the Royal Courts of Justice.
