BNPP Customer Segmentation: taking lead of a troubled project and Program Manager for the deployment of the New Customer Segmentation 2011 in four banks: Algeria, Tunisia, Egypt, Senegal. This is a strategic program for the Group. Key figures: 5 project managers, 40 stakeholders within 6 teams (1 near-shore) plus a team of 8 people per Country. Total budget : 1900 men-days.

Section Manager support (30 people) to deploy the Group methodology and processes to guarantee the parallelisation of the applications' deployments.

2003 - 2006I've been responsible for the development of the client side of a corporate information system. I've given my technical contribution to the project, and learned the principles of project management, people management and team work in an international environment. I've participated in the deployment and integration testing in production sites in UK and France.

2001 - 2003Successfully implemented the first Schlumberger Mobile Communications Smart Card Framework used in Production sites. Today all Schlumberger Smart Cards have been produced using this Framework that is used as a template for Banking and IT businesses, improving the speed of production of one single card.
