Within the Citroën After-sales department, I collaborate with network animation teams and commercial & organization standards teams, in order to ensure a high level of service quality to our customers.
I provide the interface between the Brand After-Sales Dpt and back-office departments of the PSA group (Technical After-sales, Quality...).
Manager of a 4 persons team in charge of defining and applying the technical standards in the worldwide Citroën network concerning :
> Quality products improvement system and Recall campaigns
> Technical support (Worldwide Citroën Technical Hotline)
> Technical documentation, Diagnostic Tooling and Special tooling

2002 - 2005Within the PSA Warranty Return Center, I was the manager of a 12 persons team in charge of technical analyses on parts exchanged under warranty. Those analyses carried out jointly with the suppliers and the engineering and design department was followed by action plans.
I was also in charge of the development and the implementation of warranty procedures with co-operant manufacturers (Ford, Toyota, BMW)
