As an Engineer Chargé d'Affaires, I take care of the projects from the moment they have been sold to our client and for the whole life-span of the product, including after-sales needs.

I'm the link between the client and all the actors of the project : design office, manufacturing, logistics, suppliers, subcontractors and after-sales technicians.

My main responsibilities are : planning, defining the products with the design office, following-up the production, coordinating the subcontractors with the logistics and the client to organize the construction on time, invoicing, accounting and turnover forecasting.

In 1779, the company was created in Grasse (French Alpes-Maritimes) by a perfumer and merchant who distilled aromatic plants from Provence. Subsequent generations further developed the family business, manufacturing floral pomades and becoming a supplier to the leading Parisian perfumeries at that time.

Jean Niel activities : Production and development of raw materials and ingredients for the fragrance, the cosmetic, and the food and beverage industries.

The company is divided in 3 divisions :
1- Fragrances and Flavors Divisions. Both divisions operate independently and have their own R & D, applications, regulatory, quality, sales and purchasing departments. Each division also has its own separate production area.

2- The Raw Materials Division. The activity of this division serves both internal and external customers.
