Mission :
Responsible for centralized and focused commodity management, strategic supplier alignment and supply chain integration for assigned commodities for all Manitowoc locations.

Develop a strategic plan for assigned commodities that aligns with business unit strategic plans.

Actively involved in contract management (both international and domestic), supplier relationship management, spend analysis, supply base rationalization/consolidation and new supplier development.

Work closely with Group leadership and VP Global Procurement to set category objectives and agree on how value will be measured and delivered

- Metal Sheet parts

- Suppliers Managment: Quality, Cost, Leadtime, negociation...
- LCC sourcing & suppliers development : China, Egypt...
- Redesign to Cost Actions in collaboration with Engineering Department.
- Working group with Manitowoc Purchasing Department from other regions (US, China, Germany).

* European Leader in specialized recruitment managment.

* Final Training - End of studies (9 months)

- Managment of recruitment missions from needs definition with the customers to integration of the candidate within the company.

- Type of missions : Logistic Manager, Supply Chain director, Industrial Buyer, Project Manager...

* Engineering Company specialized in designing construction fields and mobile cranes approval for the Cranes & Derricks Department (New York City)

* Training (fourth year of INSA)(6 months)

- Structural Anylisis for mobile cranes (tower and crawlers), strenght of material studies.
- Programming analysis tools in Visual Basic and writting cranes approvals files.
