Cofidis HU, specialized in revolving credit facilities, is a branch of Cofidis France. The Holding assigns French employees in its subsidiaries in order to support local operations and implement group processes.

o Operations:
• Monthly reporting and analysis of actual versus forecasts.
• Risk calculation and analysis.
• Modelisation of Forecast (fiscal year) and Plan (3 years).
• Quarterly closing management (IFRS consolidation), Auditors contact point.

o Projects :
• Controlling tools implementation (key indicators, scorecard).
• Development of business plan for invitation to tenders (partnership with CORA).

One of the leading Professional Services firm, PwC in France audits 14 groups from CAC 40 and 54 groups from SBF 250.

o Clients :
• Paris : part of the Insurance department (Financial Service industry), my major clients were Generali, BNPP Assurances, Axa Art, Finaref Assurance.
• Toulouse : various industries, my clients were Gerblé ( food processing industry), Monné-Decroix (real-estate), Ratier (Aeronautics), Avelana (textile industry).

o Missions :
• Team leader on Axa Art, Generali and Finaref Missions : coaching of 2/3 persons, preparation of working programs, budget, presentation of PwC’s audit conclusions.
• In charge of a special audit in business combination (Axa Art)
• Review of processes and internal controls.
• Validation of statutory and consolidated statements, in French GAAP & IFRS.
