From February to September 2010.

Internship in Varces (38, near Grenoble)

I worked on three tasks:

1°) Financial control of expenses linked to a technical risk. An international duty, which allows me to improve my management skills, and develop my english and spanish spoken language ability.

2°) R&D budgeting, I build tools to present and alert operative manager about their expense management. I animate meetings around my tools and try to improve it according to operative needs.

3°) Consolidated cost. I set up tools to prepare analysis and presentation of Medium Voltage business.

From 15th of June to end of July 2009

I set up a communication plan, for a small company, based on photovoltaic cell for householder. The goal was to improve its efficiency, and increase its sales.

1°) Set up of Google Apps tools to communicate within the company, and scheduling.

2°) Creation of a customer data base.

3°) Administration of its website.

4°) Design of a flyer and canvassing.

5°) Sales of products.

August 2009

Basic operations.

I made a study of the Stock Management, a Marketing research, and an Employees investigation in order to propose new field to improve the activity of the logistic department of the company.

Internship as a financial advisor assistant, I did phoning, marketing direct, set up of informatics tools, and sales. I discover the bank domain, the financial advisor role and develop techniques to be successful in phone contact.

Training as a salesman in a music shop, I do sales and customer relation, stocks management, and optimisation of the sales place. Thanks to this first training I realise my desire to do business.
