- in Charge of the import order: choice of the suitable forwarder, L/C opening , time planning, order tracking, keep relationship with customs department and arrange goods arrival at the warehouse.
- Activity reporting: development and analysis of a weekly activity report destinated to the purchasing departments and the supply chain.
- Help to the decision: animation of a weekly meeting with the purchasing office to lead them to choose an optimized and adapted logistics solution which is costly and environmentally efficient.
- Management: training of newcomers to the import process, the use of computer software and analysis reporting.
