- Negotiated the purchase of 51% of Chinese franchisee
- Managed and developed the relations with Chinese official bodies in the field of standardization, training and certification, including MOFCOM, CNCA and CCAA (under AQSIQ), SAC
- Managed significant changes within China company (strategy, reporting, finances, communication)

- Led successful negotiation and take over plan to merge the ACAE activities (Association de Certification des Auditeurs Environnement)

- Managed the commercial and technical process for quality/environment/safety certification within the agro food sector
