I am consultant within Operations & Process Transformation, an Accenture's management consulting entity, specialized in Lean Six Sigma. I am operating since 2 years on reengineering processes and organizational transformations mainly for public services.
Manufacturing Excellence Manager
Member of the factory management team, I was responsible of the Manufacturing Excellence implementation to help SKF Luton in their strive towards excellence by providing competences and knowledge in the fields of manufacturing system, methods, tools and teamwork according to the organisation demands.
-Manage a team of 4 members to drive and facilitate the organisation in implementing SKF’s Manufacturing Excellence strategy applying change management principles.
-Identify specific areas of development within the workplace.
-Develop training concepts and train people in Luton in the fields of ME system, leadership, methods, ME elements (daily deviation centers, bridge meetings, go&see sessions, interviews…)
-Develop initiatives and stimulate continuous improvements by supporting ‘principle’ based working.
-Facilitate and coach ME deployment on different levels by supporting the various teams involved.
-Provide specific support like Six Sigma, Resetting, TPM, Operator Driven Reliability…
-Create a network within in the organisation to be able to capture needs, share experience and communicate success stories.
-Standardise and further develop our manufacturing system. We consider internal and external support and experience.
As Six Sigma Deployment Champion I was also responsible for successful launch and achievements of SKF Six Sigma by driving and supporting the introduction and maintenance of effective Six Sigma management processes within Luton Factory.
2007 - 2009Active Six Sigma Black Belt commited to SKF Six Sigma project management performing at 4 main Six Sigma projects over 12 months period.
At SKF Luton factory I have been appointed to perform projects solving problems that we have not been able to solve with current methodologies, focused on customer satisfaction and business results and also leading other types of improvements activities within the business level.
