• Construction Management - review and coordinate tenant construction. Oversee project management of all tenant space work.
• Evaluate service contract requirements; prepare specifications, negotiate and manage vendor contracts through approved bidding programs.
• Ensure compliance with Property Management Policies and procedures; compliance with codes/regulations and government agency directives.
• Monitor insurance coverage for tenants , vendors, and contractors to confirm all requirements are satisfied.
