Through this 2-year mission I have assisted the local teams (3 factories, 2400 persons) in reaching the group standard in materials and costs follow-up.

- Organisation of daily and monthly material follow-up: creation and implementation of files with production managers, follow-up of variances vs. target and budget through monthly weekly & monthly meetings.

- Reporting of technical and financial results to parent company

- Budget and long-range plan making for the 3 Egyptian companies

- Week-end trips in western desert, to Red Sea and Delta cities, discovery of Egypt cultural jewels
